I personally get this one so I understand how crummy it is 🙂 I learned recently about “blepharitis” which seems to include eyelid dermatitis; doing product searches for that seems potentially fruitful

• The eyelids don’t have oil glands, so they are more susceptible to eczema than just about any other area of the skin.
• I haven’t vetted thoroughly but this post seems promising
• the product page on this site has a “eye eczema” section; whenever I come across a product recommendation from someone on a forum I add it to the list
