Unless otherwise noted, I have personally tried and recommend all of these products. Eczema affects everyone differently, so these products may not work for you, but they have helped me enough that I want to share them with you.

- cotton gloves <- highly, highly recommend if you have hand eczema — I clean the skin with hypocholorus acid and then put these on, and it makes my hands feel so much more protected. I cut the tips off the fingers so I can wear them all day and still use my phone 🙂
