It’s obviously super anecdotal, but I wanted to share my own current regimen because I think it covers a lot of (what I consider to be 🙂 ) the basics

  • vitamin D & curcumin + probiotics
  • clean frequently with hypochlorous acid
  • alternate between moisturizing and not moisturizing, depending on what seems to be working. If I’m using moisturizers, I moisturize after cleaning with manuka honey cream or Amerigel or OKeeffe.
  • celery juice every morning on an empty stomach [per Anthony Williams — kind of controversial but I think he has some points]
  • during active flares: eliminate alcohol, coffee, dairy, and follow diet and supplement advice per Karen Fischer [Fischer’s elimination recs will only work if the trigger is salicylates; suggested foods and supplements are still worth considering either way]
  • if the skin can take it, thoroughly massage with calendula cream once or twice a day
  • meditation
  • air purifier
  • humidifier in the winter
